Autumn in the White Mountains - a Glorious month. The temps are Divine - warm days, nippy nights. The leaves are changing colors - 3rd & 4th weeks of October are our favorites. A great time for fishing, hiking, horseback riding. The lift at Sunrise, which takes you to top of the mountain, is open weekends.

Welcome to Spring Hill. High atop the magnificent White Mountains in the towns of Pinetop-Lakeside and Show Low, we offer cabins and private country homes to rent for your vacation getaway.

Three of our properties, the Cozy Cabin, the Wee Like It and the Vermont, are one mile off the highway and on property with private Rainbow Lake frontage. On another property, about 200' from Rainbow Lake, we have the Barn House. It is on one acre and sleeps up to 22 guests.

Our 9 acre working ranch has a lovely 2800 SF home situated on the bluff, overlooking a rare green valley with grazing horses and cattle. The town of Show Low is on the other side of the valley. Fishing is nearby.

Largest Stand of Ponderosa Pine In The World. The White Mountains are northeastern Arizona, about a 3 - 3 1/2 hour drive from Phoenix or Tucson. The mountain communities offer a variety of year-round adventures for the entire family.

Plan A Summer/Autumn Day. Enjoy clean mountain air, spectacular views and seasonal changes. Fish from one of 40 lakes, all within 40 miles. Find the "best fishing hole" and come home with the "Big" one. Choose from one of 200 miles of interpretive loop trails to hike, mountain bike or horseback ride. Take a driving tour in the higher elevations to enjoy the glorious Indian Summer of late September-October. All summer and through late September there are many festivals and music concerts. Golf, tennis, volleyball, local fitness centers and more afford plenty to do for everyone.

Winter is a Fun Time in the White Mountains. Sunrise Ski Park offers three mountains, eleven lifts and over sixty trails for downhill skiers and snowboarders. Enjoy cross country skiing, tubing, sledding, horseback riding and sleigh rides. There are events scheduled throughout the winter months. For those seeking a less strenuous getaway, venture out and indulge in one of many local restaurants, explore antique stops and museums.
